Hi there, we are a performance and competitive jump rope team with the goal of sharing our sport with the world. Our team was formed in 1988 by Coach Connie Dunn. Since that time we have grown from a small beginner level team to traveling the world to compete, staff camps and workshops, and energize a new generation of athletes.
