Clinics are taught by current team members. Participants are taught the beginner level of jump rope skills and must demonstrate a level of competency to pass off the skills. New team members may join the team by passing off the basic level of skills. We are always open to new team members.
JOINING THE TEAM- Proform Airborne Jump Rope Team has three levels of participation on the team. Our world level competitive/show team is our A (Senior) team. Our local competitive/show team is our B (Junior) team. Athletes work with their coaches to determine their level of skill and commitment in choosing their team. Within the Senior and Junior teams, athletes are placed in smaller groupings to work on team freestyles like double dutch and pairs routines.
