With whatever sport one is involved in, a healthy lifestyle is required.  Jumpers of Proform Airborne follow these guidelines well and encourage others to do the same.

1. Eat healthy.  Fruits, vegetables, and dairy are important to a strong fit body.  Sugars and sweets are okay but slow the body down if consumed regularly.  Overall, moderation in eating habits is best.

2. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.  Simply taking a walk or a bike ride can benefit greatly if done often.  Excessive physical activity may lead to injury of muscles or bones.

3. Avoid drugs, alcohol, and tobacco.  These substances cause damage to mind and body, prohibiting participation in simple activities.  Abuse of such materials can result in death or illness.
